STMicroelectronics Camera Sensor is 1/5 Inch, Smallest Available [Cameraphones]
STMicroelectronics VD6725 new single-chip camera sensor is so small, which in theory could fit into a camera so small as a module .2 “x.2″ .15 “. The sensor is two MegaPixel and is able to shoot VGA video at 30 fps or UXGA video at 15 fps. Kodak new CMOS sensor may be limited to a range of 5 megapixels, STMicroelectronics, but it is only small.
